Mr. Wilson serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of BMC Fund, Inc., an SEC Registered Investment Company, and the Broyhill Affinity Fund, LLC. Mr. Wilson came to the Broyhill Family Offices with over two decades of experience with Kincaid Furniture Company, serving as that firm's Vice President of Finance & Administration.

Mr. Wilson, a Certified Public Accountant, is a member of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. His professional activities include participation on the following Boards of Directors: Bank of Granite Corporation, Caldwell Memorial Hospital, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation - Charlotte Chapter, and Lenoir-Rhyne Alumni Association.

Mr. Wilson is locally active as a member of Colliers United Methodist Church, Hibriten Masonic Lodge and Oasis Shrine Temple. Mr. Wilson earned a BA in Business Administration from Lenoir-Rhyne College and completed his graduate studies at Appalachian State University. Mr. Wilson lives in Cajah's Mountain, North Carolina with his wife, Anita and daughter, Julia.
