Mr. Clark serves as Chief Compliance Officer of Broyhill Asset Management and holds several other positions within the Broyhill family offices, where he is Director of Accounting and Taxes of Broyhill Investments, Inc.

Mr. Clark, a Certified Public Accountant, is a member of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Clark is active in the community and has held the offices of Vice-President and Secretary on the Board of Directors of the Caldwell Humane Society, Inc. Mr. Clark is Chairman of the Audit Committee of the First Baptist Church of Lenoir, NC and a volunteer coach for local youth soccer, basketball and T-ball.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Mr. Clark has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Masters of Accounting degree from that institution. Mr. Clark is married to the former Lauren Brooks and lives in Lenoir, North Carolina with their two children, Grayson and Logan.
