Pam Reid

Chief of Staff

Pam brings over two decades of experience in business operations and project management to her role as Chief of Staff at Broyhill Asset Management. Since joining the firm in 2022, she has served as a trusted advisor to the President and CIO, managing day-to-day operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring smooth communication and alignment across the firm.

Before Broyhill, Pam held leadership roles at Queens University of Charlotte, Duke Energy, and Microsoft, where she honed her expertise in organizational strategy, team development, and operational efficiency. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Health Studies from Queens University of Charlotte and is a Certified Practitioner of both the Actualized Performance Profiles and the WorkPlace Big 5 Profile.

When she’s not keeping the trains running at Broyhill, Pam is often on a golf course, knee-deep in a DIY home project (she proudly owns more power tools than the rest of the office combined), or cooking up a good old-fashioned Southern meal to share with family and friends.
